I decide Case by Case, but generally Light Skinned Caucasoids (Europeans, West Asians, Arabs). Indians/Gypsies albeit Caucasoid not White because of their dark and brown skin.

Predominant for me is under 15% non-white if it is Amerindian, and under 10% if it is African.

People of European descent, of course. Well, I'd say that a rather little amount (about 1/8) of Mongoloid blood is somewhat acceptable, but I don't think that a person with significant(1/8 or more) negroid blood can be called white.
