In my humble opinion only North Europeans of mostly Mesolithic ancestry with only minor Neolithic Near Eastern genetic input.

You need to study hard the travelling routes of ancient Indo-European people. There were many who settled in Asia and some parts of North Africa when Europe was in an ice age.
