Well it all depends where you live and where you're from. In some countries, everybody who's not clearly Black is White, others not. In Europe, you are White if you have full European ancestry, it excludes many light-skinned non-Europeans. In my humble opinion, all Whites are Caucasoids, but not all Caucasoids are Whites. Skin type I,II,III to IV with the majority being type III. Gypsies are Caucasoids, but not all of them Whites. Some are just too dark to Whites.

You know there are the 6 Skin Types from Fitzpatrick, which one are considered to be the White Race? I think every which occurs naturally in Caucasoids and thats 1-5 (Celtic to Brown Type). Dark Brown, Chocolate or even approaching Black doesnt occur naturally in Caucasoids only in Blacks, Mullatos and Aboriginals.

To me they look from Features as very Caucasian, as pure Caucasians, just with very naturally tanned Skin. The darkest it gets in Caucasoids. I dont know if they can be considered White but I think Turks and Iranians can be considered as White. I dont know about the Gypsies in my Video?

I think White Skin is only secondary to be considered as White because if its only White Skin then North Chinese and Japanese and Koreans, Innuits and some Native Americans would be White, No? But they arent.

The term "blue blood" (aristocrat) is said to be derived from Spain where the upper classes remained unmixed with moors and so the blue of their veins/arteries was visible on their wrists thus they were "blue blooded" as opposed to the largely non-white moors. I think this is a good indicator.

Interesting to note that when these pigmentation maps present skin colour levels in the new world, they invariably show information based on the natives, so in this case the American Indians. It would be even more of an engaging topic were they to unveil pigmentation data relating to the colonial stock.
