What is this table?

It's how the votes were distributed in local electoral commissions on the previous elections in many of the most democratically challenged regions. This one in particular is the visualisation of voting in Mayskaia electoral commission: http://www.kabardin-balkar.vybory.iz...84620&type=233 - they just wrote the results by hand instead of throwing in votes. It was like that all over Kabardino-Balkaria and other Caucasian republics. Check out the Izbirkom website for yourself. The pattern seems the same with the presidential elections, judging by the currently available information at Izbirkom.

Again, Dagestan, Tuva, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Karachaevo-Cherkessia, Mordovia have absurd turnouts and Putin votes (over 95%). I wonder how certain commissions in Kabardino-Balkaria and Dagestan would turn out in the end, because I've been watching them. Between 2 PM and 3 PM, only about 15 people came in a voting district of over 1000.

Я не думаю что были серьёзные нарушения в этот раз - всё равно нет нормальной альтернативы Путину( Жириновский максимум губернатор, Прохоров должен смотреть и учится , других не рассматриваю как серьёзных претендентов ). Люди и проголосовали. Есть надежда что он всё же избавит страну от миллионов иммигрантов (прислушается к народу).
Главное, что мне нравится, что Путин стремится к великому будущему для России - а не просто растащить на части и разворовать страну - что можно ожидать от некоторых его врагов .
