no, its actually other way around, some Albanians look like Montenegrins, also some loke like Poles and Russians, other like Bulgarians.

Bulgarians absolutely don't look like Poles and also not very much to Greeks (expect Macedonian/Thracian Greeks) and Albanians. For others I don't care.
