Well, you seem very concerned with this obviously very non-white looking woman being White. You can't even accept the notion that she might be Turkic.

What she says doesn't matter. It's how she looks and how she acts that counts. For example, If you would say that you were White nobody would believe you because you're obviously Black. In the same way, when Alina says that she is Rumanian nobody believes her because she's Turkic.

But that's the thing- Lepisto and Proeski are Euros. They are atypical, yes, but they are still Europeans.

I did not suggest that there was an overlap between Alina and those Asians at all. In fact, I think she looks nothing like those Asians, especially the last two. So, no, it does not prove your point.

Second of all, why are you bothering me about this? She is the one who says that she is Romanian. Like I said, write her letter and tell her that she is really a Turk if this concerns you so much. Harping about her being a Turk will not stop her from saying she is Romanian.

There aren't a lot of Turkics in Rumania. It's just that you find mostly minorities in the media and media-related fields.
