Light Hairs

Actually hair and eye color tend to change during lifetime.

When I was child my hair color was considerably lighter and my eye color was darker than now.

Does anybody know the name (in academic context) for such blondism (during early/child age of life), I'm sure I read it someplace?

My hair is pretty light when is hit by the sun (as you can see in my avatar) I wouldn't say it's blonde tho, more like light brown/reddish. As for the country, I have yet to se a dude 100% Mexican like myself with the shade of hair I have, is pretty rare, only common amongst Euros.
