I think you need to open your eyes more because you have a very twisted vision of reality. Black people are definitely not treated better. I'm honestly shocked that a person would even say this. Just look at how they are viewed here...

They are generally viewed as such because the evidence overwhelming supports the fact that Black populations, on average, exhibit low IQ and high incidences of criminality, poverty and virtually every other social vice. This negative correlation drastically increases outside of White influenced societies proving that Whites are socio-economically supporting the Black population as it is.
Maybe you should open your eyes and stop parroting the lie that humanity is genetically born equal and as such deserves social equality.

The Civil's Right movement happened a mere 40-50 years ago and you expect black people to have bounced back and be on par with white people in the states? Then you get shocked that after hundred of years of slavery, discrimination, and laws meant to restrict their rights have caused their communities to have higher incidences of criminality and poverty? This has nothing to do with their genes. It has everything to do with how there were treated in their own country by fellow Americans.

Again ignores the eyewitness report of the altercation. Have the press at least stopped referring to Zimmerman as white?

Zimmerman’s friend, Frank Taaffe, says Martin was shot because he wasn’t “honest and truthful” with Zimmerman.

"Hey Mr. Taaffee. This is George. Um, first and foremost, I wanted to say I am very sorry for the loss of your son, and, um, I can't imagine what you must be going through. Um, secondly, I wanted to thank you for doing everything you've been doing. Um, I know you don't have to, and I appreciate it, and you're truly setting an example for me for the future of, uh, doing the right thing even when it's tough, and, uh, I appreciate it. I'll talk to you soon," Zimmerman said in the message.

Taaffe said that a problem could have been avoided if Martin had been "up front and truthful" with Zimmerman.

Where in those 2 quotes or the articles does it say Taaffe said Martin was shot because he wasn't honest and truthful? Taaffe doesn't even to have spoken to Zimmerman about the shooting.

Thinkprogress doesn't seem very trustworthy and is spinning. I am not going to bother with the rest of your link as it seems to come from a dishonest blog.
