I'm not a troll you idiot. What you posted is fine an dandy but doesn't justify racial profiling.

Men are more likely to commit crimes than women, should we gender profile as well?

What about profiling based on age?

You know, most sex offenders are white. What do you think about that? Should we do racial profiling on white people just in case we can find a pedo?

You need a cause, a reason to go after someone. Using these statistics don't really mean anything buddy, because we have something called rights. But I guess you don't believe that everyone should have equal rights.

At a Federal level, racial profiling is challenged by the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution which guarantees the right to be safe from unreasonable search and seizure without probable cause and the Fourteenth Amendment which requires that all citizens be treated equally under the law.

This is how it should be. But that's only the American constitution, No biggie.

Being that he is reported to be half Hispanic, thanks to a glance at my local newspaper, the guy can't be considered "white". White means 100% Euro ancestry. He can be reported to have a white parent, but he isn't white himself because of the hispanic part. Many people who are considered hispanic have some Euro ancestry from the Spanish, so if he can be defined by one word, he is HISPANIC.
