Are they kind of weird? Anyone thought of any explanations for the weird patterns in the map?

Anyway, Iceland should be triple striped with I1,R1a and R1b - not only I1 and R1b.
There should be more R1a in eastern Germany and J2 in Greece.
Not sure about any other possible mistakes.

I have seen this map before, but then R-U106 was named 'Northwest European' and not 'North-European Eurasians'

It seems that when people during the last ice age who settled in southern areas ( hot spots ) spread after the Ice Age following their own way

Too bad I have no male paternal relatives so I'll never know my Y-Halpogroup. My maternal is H1.

I think there should be an R1b label for Scandinavia as well. I've seen that R1a and R1b are about equal in Norway, and high in Denmark and Sweden too.

    The map is pure non-sense.
Is wrong in lots of areas.
Take for example Romania,in south,is I2A din (it seems) 2nd is J2 in some areas,in other areas is R1B in other is R1A1 and so on.
However,in Transylvania most present are different clades of R1B.
Now take for example Germany,in north there is a high percentage of I1 in south highest percentage is some germanic R1B (think R-S21/R-U106).
Take for example Sweden,as you go toward north,N1C1 raises and become more present than I1.
    And so on.

    Yes that is true.

Just look more, lol, the guy who made the map told that germanic R1B-U106/R-S21 are "North european eurasians" haha.
He also told to all R1B from Europe "eurasians".
Pallantides, you are a mong according to this guy!
    France are mongs also!

That article is wrong. R1b spread in Europe during the Neolitich/metal ages.
