I had previously posted this Bulgarian singer/actress (Julia Bocheva) in the North Pontid category but she seems to rather be a brunette Corded. Facial structure is quite Kurganoid, too.

The above-mentioned Finn was a part of Coon's Nordic examples of Corded predominance:
"FIG. 1 (3 views). A Finn of predominantly Corded type; note the ash-blond hair and grayish eyes, the great head length, and extremely low cephalic index. In head and face proportions a resemblance is seen to the Corded-like Irano-Afghan sub-type, a resemblance which is enhanced if pigmentation differences are ignored.

That individual is short-headed and planoccipital, so he can't be Corded under Coon's definition. Coon's Corded examples were very dolichocephalic and had head lengths above 200mm.
