There should be a protest, and the lad's family should resort to legal action. He should be compensated for damages.

I think though that arresting him for speaking his mind over a public social network is ludicrous and insane.

I think they have set the precedent to get into people's private information, and its always scary when the government is justifying accessing this level of information in order to put a halt to things.
