There are theories of multiple migrations into the america's where polynesians displaced or interbred with the original inhabitants. It can't be proven of course,but an interesting hypothesis.

Amerindians(the plains) also tended to be more robust than most mongoloid types.

Dunno about that. Being objective, amerinds, being distant cousins of east asians and all have actually small penises so I really doubt peruvians or bolivians being pred amerind have big dicks on average. Now Colombia and Venezuela might be another case, since the black % is really higher.
