For men
best : nordid, keltid nordid, atlantid, some north / pontid (yes leptomorphic preference for me)
worst : short head, borreby, brunn, some gracile med, some dinarid, some alpines (but that's subjective)

For women :
best : alpine, atlantid, northpontid, subnordid, baltid, whatever if she's beautiful
worst : too much nordid, too much pontid, brunn, dinarid... depends.
