How to deal with those ? Well the typical WN response would be either to chuck them all out or to shoot them. I think that it would maybe be better to take our loss there and to (in the case of the Netherlands one that fits the Dutch system) come up with a pragmatic solution: forceful assimilation for the converts, the immigrants and the mixed offspring followed by pillarisation and sphere sovereignty. (two very typical Dutch ideas).
