Sandžak was an old tukish administrative name and it has no purpose in modern times .Today its just southwestern Serbia or Raška oblast .About muslims from there .Serb and them get along quite well in Prijepolje ,Priboj ,PLjevlja .Also Serbs and muslims have always lived in separate villages in that whole region .On other side we got those Albo inbreds from Novi Pazar ,Pešter ,Tutin ,Gusinje ,Plav who are hardcore Islamists .

My blond Saracen friend you don't look Turkish nor West Asian you have a typical Slavic slave. If any Turk that has a similar look to you is probably they are descendants from the Bosniak immigrants or have Bosniak blood. Bosnian genetically are not linked to Anatolian/West Asian people.

Serbs collectively left Sarajevo and surrounding towns(Ilijas, Vogosca, etc...) in 1996.
