If you bothered reading the history of Bosnia, instead trashy blogs, you'd know that cause of waves of plagues in Europe, Bosnian population was drastically changed over time, populated and repopulated and all in circles.

That's true. For example, the plague exterminated almost the entire population of eastern Bosnia in the 18th century. The Ottomans had to repopulate it with orthodox and islamic converts from Montenegro, thus making most of modern eastern Bosnians essentially Montenegrians by origin.
As for Bosnia as a whole, half of its population fell vitictim to the plague between 1813 and 1815.
