Skena UP International Students Film and Theatre Festival

Skena UP is an international students film and theatre festival, held annually since October 2003 in Prishtina. Founded by a group of students and young artists, Skena UP was created as a platform of competition for student films and plays, which as their website claims, makes this festival rare.

With its theatre plays, film screenings, workshops, discussions, debates and celebrity presence Skena UP intends to create a forum suitable for the presentation of students’ work where the artists meet the audience and get their feedback. At the same time, its international character makes Skena UP a networking platform, where participating students meet their fellows and at the same time have an opportunity to meet renowned directors, producers, writers and actors
