I don't think one can make that statement; sometimes its beaten out of people. I have seen and experienced somethings. Having white kids attack me because my liking to read was me trying to be white or being real, having the world tell me the my white side is insignificant to who and what I am.

I am no longer trying to whiten myself I am simply broadening myself, and expanding on my history and therefore enrich my current experience

I however come from a culture and ethnic group that as its very basis began if not genetically mixed was so culturally. FGMs and MGMs experience/deal with things differently

Its an interesting time Walter White started the NAACP, if he came now would people except him? There is a back lash going on, some more "ethnic" looking people are fight more european types but I always was taught that we are a people of many shade.

Im mixed too, i dont know even who are the similar ones to me. On which factors it should be based on, solely on genetics or on langauge/customs/religion etc... or maybe even mentality. Yet i think im a white christian, so i guess white christians would be the right people to hang around, but if i would get accepted is another question, i was most of the time in my life an outsider. I dont know if its because of my personality or because of my ethnic background though.

Mixed people have identification problems. They don`t know where to belong to. That`s a main psycholgical burden and also your main problem in my eyes.

As a matter of fact and due to our evolotion we always have the tendancy to stick around with people of the same ethnicity and cultural background.
It is a fundamental instinct and has priortity to other facotors like same intrests, talents or even traits. I would not say that interracial friendship is impossible but it is definitly harder to establish and often not really sustainable.

yet i do prefer racial seperatism, if there were a country where i would be right at home "among my kind" i would prefer to be there, i think most ppl think like it, thats why they even in the west form seperate quarters, still eat their food, marry within their group and so on, i mean the immigrants.... im more open to humans who are not like me yet i still prefer "my own kind", the closer to my genetic make up/culture/langauge/customs, the better....

yet for me such a place doesnt exist, i like austria though
