    Default Turkish textiles

I have furnished my home with some fine textiles from Turkey:

Have a look, it's really awesome. 100% cotton, most of it.

Turkey actually has a long history of textile production. In fact, Çatalhöyük is the largest and best-preserved Neolithic site found to date.

The earliest known woven textiles of the Near East may be fabrics used to wrap the dead, excavated at a Neolithic site at Çatalhöyük in Anatolia, carbonized in a fire and radiocarbon dated to c. 6000 BC.

Cheap Chinese products severely damaged our textile industry but people doesn't give up and continue to manufacture our own traditional textile products.

Ozdilek is one of the most famous textile company in Turkey. Loki, i recommend their bathrobes to you. It`s quite nice to hang out with it for a while in your home comfort in sundays

    Thats true.

And don't forget that the cotton used in cheap Chinese produced textiles are made with GMO crops. Some says it`s dangerous to wear them, makes you develop cancer.
