mostly because they are usually very dirty, move around, pickpocketing, begging, and even tho they have lots of privileges for education, they usually chose not to send their children to school, and instead teach them how to beg.
They are also notorious for burning trash, which can stink up all area.

Not all of them are like that, some are integrated.

We dont have much of them.

I don't like gypsies because of their behavior.
I've met gypsies and they robed me and beat me up.
I see them everyday and I strongly avoid getting close to them.

The last time I was in Paris, a Gypsy woman outside of Notre Dame tried to distract me with friendly conversation while one of her children grabbed my bag. Fortunately, I'm savvy enough to keep a tight grip on my belongings.

In the south of Spain, non-ghetto gypsies aren't that disliked, and they can even become celebrities thanks to flamenco singing/dancing or acting, figure in magazines or even represent the country at Eurovision.

The reason why they are disliked by the majority is simple.
Most of them are uneducated and engaged in criminal activities.
There look and traditions are also often not compatible to the European standards.
But there are exceptions to the rule who are very well integrated.

It's because they refuse to live in european society and to follow european laws and rules and they've been here since the XV century, so it's amazing that this still goes on.

Nothing, i would do the same as when i meet someone new.
