It can either mean:

1. I only care about the nationality of people.
2. Put some Neo on good solid Paleo, add some Neanderthal spice, and you've got a Euro.

It means: I change my mood often as 90% of the world population, but it sounds cooler if I say I'm a bipolar.

I wanna learn a slavic language but i cant decide which one. Which slavic language is the most common one and if i learn it, then i can also get a grasp of others?

I preffer you Bulgarian. I speak perfect those language and i understand easy other slavic languages. In oposite direction they do not understand me. This is my experiеnce up.
