Well, I don't think USA jews have too much in common with Israel jews.

But, IQ score is biased, and it's basically biased towards good memorization skills and good verbal skills. Which is no surprise since US education is dominated completely by women and jewish people, so I think the score discrepancies are a little dodgy. If you throw more logic in the mix a lot of people with high IQs fall on their face. Jewish people who came to USA are the more urbane ones so things like language skills were very important to their survival.
