Indeed, out of curiosity I entered the measurements of two proto-europids (first brunn form plate 4 and first borreby from plate 5) which were presented as typical of their sub-race and neither got 1 according to cosine similarity, the brunn got 0.86 while the borreby 0.9 but the borreby ended up being less CM according to the other two systems.
