Finaly, who is the smartest, north white or east asians ?

I read east asians have 100 iq in verbal but 110 in performance, north whites have 100 in both. But i read east asians have a smaller standard deviation than white, resulting in white having more high IQ than asians. Do you have more info on that ?

For instance do they lump all Asians into one category as they do with Whites. Thailand has an average IQ of 91. There are plenty of other poor Asian countries around that area.

China overall did not reach Japanese British adjusted IQ level until the mid 1990s according to Lynn which is not surprising given the vast discrepancy in industrialization before that point. Lynn calculated that the British adjusted IQ of Chinese in 1988 just based on the Combined Raven‘s Test was 94.8 (https://www.sciencedirect.com/scienc...91886918303301). Before the economic reform starting in the late 1970s China may have been at the level of Thailand today or lower. Lynn’s 2006 Chinese Combined Raven’s Test British adjusted IQ of 109.8 indicates an IQ increase of almost 2 points per year since 1988 while in Europe the Flynn effect typically only causes a 3 point IQ increase per decade. Han Chinese genetic IQ was not lower than the Japanese or Europeans but largely very poor living conditions prevented their genetic potential from being actualized until later on. Northeast Asians in the US since the 1980s according to Lynn who can be expected to have reached their genetic potential had a median WAIS IQ of 104, although perceptual reasoning alone may be closer to 110.

Chinese were able to catch up with Japanese over a relatively brief period but Thai people couldn't do the same for genetic reasons.

Also what about the other races on this point ? Do they have heterogene iq like east asians ? https://nces.ed.gov/pubs2012/2012046...asp?refer=list SAT score doesnt relevate that... iIs the heterogene iq of east asian really unique ?

Yes but I was talking about how IQ is done in general. In the USA they lump a lot of people into the white category.
