    Ah, I see now. Before when an Aussie told me she cared for possums that lived in her attic I thought she was right weird.
    I thought she was talking about these American things that play dead and carry loads of parasites.

    Raccoons are adorable. The only problem is that some of them carry diseases. But a healthy raccoon is a joy to behold, and you can pretty well tame them, they are so curious and clever.
