No, he is East Nordid/Corded, his face and forehead are too long and his skull is too high to be a typical Hallstatt:
Just because he's Swedish doesn't mean he's going to become Hallstatt, Sweden has other types of Nordid too.

But shouldn't Keltid have a narrower face? I already classified this guy as Keltid-Nordid but now I've changed my opinion, his facial features seem a little robust for a typical Keltid.
