Unfortunately this thread doesn't have many true East Baltids

In Coon's taxonomy he was East Baltic.

Here's his picture, when he was young:

In German typologies, e.g. Eickstedt, he was Faelid. He's one of the few examples where scientists disagreed with each other.

Looking at his body, height, profile (HLI index) he indeed seems Faeld-East Baltid. Actually a pretty common mix in Germany.

Gunther's Faelish type was just a catch-all term for blond people that weren't metrically Nordic. His examples included a wide variety of types, not a single one of which resembled what people here usually call "Faelid".

In these forums people with robust jaw get classified as Faelid, but you can find exactly the same jaw-types outside European race. It makes no sense indeed.
