Don't know bro, I was depressed for a long time because of some very fucked up thing that happened in my family which I won't say in here as it's to private or personal although I will tell you that the depression I had went so far that I considered doing some real fucked up things that I am glad I didn't do this also happened when I was a teen which fucked me up even more it also led on into my adult life. Thing is I just got over it at one point because I was like "Fuck it, no point in staying upset for any longer" this and I did have a couple of talks with the therapist which helped a lot. If you want to talk more about this we could talk in PM or Whats app or something, up to you bro

We would all like to think we're tough and we are tougher than we think, but What has it anything to do with being tough when you can get many different problems but a similar symptom or maybe it's chemical,. Take me for example, Because I have really bad temper problems, I get provoked by someone and then physially or verbally abuse them, in the moment right then and there, I don't giev a fuck, I might even pull out weapons if accesable, I could even kill someoneone in the moment but then I regret it after, and after I go and cry and think about what I did , I ask myself why did I do it, why did I not control my own temper, what's worse is when it's people you actually love (((((((((((((((((((( I'm afraid that one day I will kill somebody. I'm just afraid. I will fucking kill myself.

I don't really wanna be this way, you understand?

It has made me depressed and fall off many times. Boxing helped a lot though. I felt less angry when I came back from the gym and more at peace with myself, especially when I got my ass kicked in sparring by someone with more experience, It really did humble me . I am soon moving to a bigger city and continuing training there.

Religion for me didn't work tbh, not only because I knew jackshit about being a Catholic but at that time in my life I only saw things through my anger and believed that everything was wrong and bad. In my opinion therapists work

They seem to view depression here as only something materialistic, sucess or what happens to you and not more than that such as what you do to others and how you treat others or even chemical.

I've had many fucked up events in my life and most of it did not even faze me. I don't really think much about it neither has it made me depressed, it's rather what I do to others, my temper etc. It's not easy to change. Weed does help in the moment for me. I realize that I am a slave of my own mind, I need spiritual enlightment.

Religion does work and whenever we go to church it feels like the soul has been showered and fed with good feelings.

People are too tied up with physical issues.

    Modern life in a quote

We’re the middle children of history. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War’s a spiritual war… our Great Depression is our lives. We’ve all been raised on television to believe that one day we’d all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won’t. And we’re slowly learning that fact. And we’re very, very pissed off.

People had more of a spine even 50-60 years ago as television was not that relevant.

Television has turned people materialistic and degenerate where the souls is now dirty and hungry as everyone is aiming to be what television and advertising is telling you what you should be.

Religion in the right way does make peoples soul more full.
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Eph. 6:12

Definition of untrustworthy and loose character are those that don't believe in God.

I have always had anger problems since a kid I remember going to anger managment therapy classes, what fucked me up worst was the events in life, which made me want to do some horrible things

Cniva linked me to something like this. Reading it. Also read 'the Power of Now' by Echart Tolle which was quite interesting.

Yeah, I always had anger problems too. It's not a good thing to have. You wish you could just change but it's not that easy.
