Looks more german than proper scandinavian imo. For some reason she looks more plain white american than german or any other european ethnicity though. Must be that she looks like a germani-British Isles mix, which is common in some areas of the States, but not europe.
Mom is Scottish-English. Her face is much more elongated in many pictures. I'll see if I can find some other examples.
If she is not Kelto-Saxon then my grandfather probably is.

Nope. Princess Diana Kelticised Anglo-Saxon,she shows Keltic and Saxon feature.So that nope.
And I doubt that it's your opinion about Princess Diana type.
