So you're placing Portugal above southern France in this case?

I'd say 80% look Too british/Irish to pass anywhere else.

About the remanent 20% I'd say mostly in 1)North-West France, 2) Belgian Wallons, 3) Flemish Belgians (the more germanic looking brits) and Basques/North Atlantic Iberians (the more heavily atlantid ones), in that order.

I'd put Iceland ahead of Sweden and Norway and Belgium ahead of N. France

Flemish are too germanic looking compared to most brits. Belgian wallons would be a close call with NW french, but I still would give the edge to the later.

France (or northern france) would be the best choice because England is known for it northern brunette atlantids and so is France. Not sure if you would find as many of these in the netherlands or belgium.
