Neither. Banglas look more like the Indo-Aryan populations of Assam (NE India) and ofc some in West Bengal, India.

Thanks though imo they still look more western shifted than those populations, the reason I am asking is because the vast majority of Bengalis are from Sylhet here in UK and often it is hard to tell them apart from Pakistani people, especially in east London.
