I think it's a complicated stuff. North Africans might have more people who resemble Western Europeans but West Asians are whiter on average.

I wonder why you don't include Armenians, Georgians, etc since they are genetically "West Asian" as well, and way more similar to Turks than the Arab countries. The only people who share genetic similarities with Turks on your map are Iranians, and "West Asia" is just a geographical term, none of those ethnic groups look similar if you pick them as a group.
