How? Anglo-Saxons didn't exist until Saxons, Jutes, & Angles merged. I also thought the large majority of Saxons migrated with only a few remaining in Germany who probably went on then to intermix with West slavs/baltics. The angles left their region massively depopulated when they migrated. The people there today are probably mostly not of Angle stock.
Think there's some exaggeration when it comes to Northern Germany as well. Seen a handful of teams and people from the region and they weren't noticeably any more extreme germanic than your typical English/Aussie football team. I was expecting legit Swedes the way some people carry on about North Germany.
Send me dms asking me to classify you, i'll have Barbarianna of Barbaria here put a few holes in you. Then I'll take this guitar and smash it over your head.

The original, typical Anglo-Saxon appearance?
Looking at the helmet from the ship-burial at Sutton Hoo, this Anglo-Saxon war hero must have had a long, thin nose.
The helmet resembles the facial features of Australian lawyer Margaret Battye.

Well, that doesn't make him look less Anglo-Saxon. And he's not 1/4 Turkish, much less
