Anglo-Saxon Examples

I see British males who look similar to him everyday, 2 of my uncles and my grandfather (when he was younger) look like him, Germans tend to have a slightly different look. And there is a lot of overlap between Germany and British Isles so just because you know Germans who look like him doesn't mean it isn't common in England.

This guy (Tom Weston-Jones) is British but I tend to associate his look with Germany more. I associate Fassbenders narrow skull and square angled jaw with British Isles more.

To me this man looks German but also looks British. He is of Dutch descent. Here it my be hard to classify a hybrid White American as people like me have Irish, German, British, French backgrounds....I also have Swedish-Finn but it doesn't show up at all in my phenotype..... attribute this to only having one ancestor from that background. His surname is Van Dien which is obviously Dutch.

Hes 1/2 German, 1/2 Irish, and some Anglo-Saxons stayed in Germany.

Would Fassbender be considered an anglo saxon or more of a kelto saxon??

edit: oops I see you're talking about a different guy, Van Dien ins't really what I think of when I think of Dutch, to me he looks like a Swedish/British mix.

But if we want pure Anglo-Saxons then we should be looking at modern Danes and NW Germans.

"Anglo Saxon" is not a real phenotype. There is no specific look represented in this thread, it's just a miscellaneous collection of "off-Nordids" usually with some kind of Paleolithic-type influence.
