Job of laboratories is to do genotyping so we can obtain raw data. That is the most objective part. Ancestry analysis based on raw data is a different thing and is done by many people. Just because 23andme has laboratories doesn't make 23andme much more credible when it comes to ancestry analysis. Maybe I am wrong.

Are you saying there's some African ancestry there that isn't ancient? I think if so most people would disagree with you. The most African I usually get is North African and even then it's within what's regarded as a noise level.

No, no, I'm saying that if someone were to score 1.whatever percent on the K3 calculator who is European, would that be noise?
Even if this person never scores SSA on other calculators?
North African isn't SSA. I get North African as well in very small amounts.
I find it very convienient that each European group on the G3 spreadsheet either scores a full percentage of East Asian or SSA. Some Russians score 10% East Asian.
