I am interested, the descriptions of Dinarids and classic examples, convey prominent noses, but in many of the pictures here, the noses don't seem that big or prominent at all (knowing of course there is a difference between absolute and relative prominence compared to rest of the face - here I refer to both).
Can someone explain the range of Dinarid noses? And which noses and do not enter into the Dinarid range.
I would have said "high root" but many here don't have a high root.
I can accept straight-concave seems to be one common factor, and of course not a snub nose, but some of the noses from some angles, don't seem much more prominent than even many Brunn noses, and less so than classic Anglo Saxon noses.
Hoping to learn...

Ok thank you for the informational post.
How do you define the ones without prominent noses, like here also:

Are they Pontid admix?
What is the range of noses in Dinarids? Is there overlap with Nordids or CM derived types?
