Could this Pakistani Kalash man be Westbaltid?

I remember a lot of fakes with Kalashs pics, but I saw other pics of this guy on other angles, I only didn't save them.
Or he is only a turist, but still with strains from that region.

I have difficult to differ westbaltid from faelid, which I'm more familiarized.

I hope that pic isn't fake, but some hormonal disarrange can produce similar features in a type which doesn't have it naturally.

I also thought it was the some british influence, but there is this russian guy very similar metrically:


But there was a storm of kalash fake pics on net (probably to atract turist or obtain some type of protection), thus I hope it isn't a fake.

Yeah the difference is really minimal here. Sometimes it's very subjective.
