"West-Baltid" is just another internet invention. The term "West-Baltic" was used in Soviet literature and even there had two different meaning; first, a politcally correct name for Nordic and second, something similar to the Coon's Borreby, that is also supposed to peak mostly in the, you know, WESTERN areas of the Baltics (NE Germany, Denmark) not somewhere in Slav land.

Historically, Slavs actually had virtually nothing to do with the Baltic Sea for centuries, it was surrounded by Germanics, Finns and Balts until 1945:

That's the way the term "West Baltid" was used by the Estonian anthropologist Juhan Aul. Here's one of Aul's "West Baltid" plates (https://www.theapricity.com/forum/sh...-the-Estonians):

Aul's Estonian plates were divided under these three types:

- зап.-балт. (West Baltic): taller, lower cephalic index, lighter pigmentation;
- вост.-балт. (East Baltic): shorter, higher cephalic index, darker pigmentation;
- светл. смеш. (Light Mixed): intermediate between West Baltic and East Baltic.
