Why would you call it a "disadvantage"? They just have a Right to Preserve their Culture&Race as everyone else. Maybe they really want to stay Black and not become Green Eyed/Blonde Negroes in a few Generations? I can picture they would really want.

In that very show, Mohammad Ali says a very interesting thing about an eventual Black president, but it is not shown in that extract.

He basically says "When US will be given a Black president, it will mean that the country is screwed", in other words.

Im not so sure. Because this kind of attitude also creates different opposing sides in the same close area. They could become mentally "separatist" and theres no reason anyone would ideally want to have a country within a country....
