Lonely Planet - Iran

Lonely Planet is definitely my favorite british show. Ian Wright is a knowledgeable, not snooty or know it all at all and a witty person. I liked every of his documentaries. From Mexico to Africa, Europe and the US.

Today it's Iran like you've never seen before as they say.

Yep, Ian Wright is completely engaging. I think he was the best host of the Lonely Planet/Globetrekker series.

I got surprised every time I watch something about Iran. The last was the fact there are many female taxi drivers in Tehran.
You should be veiled but can drive a taxi. What an absurd, really...

Yeah. I know quite a bit about the Iranian plateau and it's peoples. News about Iran from the corporate media is extremely exaggerated, I know they have their problems but most of them stems from their religious sentiment.
