I voted by mistake for Serbs, but these are probably Albanians.

I think this might be relevant.

Check out Greece and Albania on the graph showing lines of sharp genetic change.

    What is Paleo-Balkan looking? Brunn?

It is assumed that the people of Lepenski Vir culture represent the descendants of the early European population of the Brno-Předmostí (Czech Republic) hunter gatherer culture from the end of the last ice age. Archeological evidence of human habitation of the surrounding caves dates back to around 20,000 BC. The first settlement on the low plateau dates back to 9500–7200 BC, a time when the climate became significantly warmer.

"Paleo-balkan" is too broad of a term. I doubt Dacian tribes from northern Romania and southern Ukraine looked closest to modern Albanians or Greeks

I'm guessing the OP is asking which people have the least foreign (mainly Slavic) influence in their genetics.

Slavic admixture in Eastern Europe, a zone in which Romania is largely part of, is not foreign at all.

Well Romanians did change more (genetically) than Albanians and Greeks since pre-historic times.

its the opposite, the dark people have changed (except greeks and romans altho romans were not dark at all), all of these parts were barbaric much lighter tribes...illyrian skulls were almost entirely corded nordics, and the illyrian sample we have RISE596 plotted with finns and russians and had typical steppe burial.
