Smaller prefrontal cortexes (small foreheads) indicate lower inhibitions and forethought into matters. These people are usually doers and usually think they are always right and act on that behalf. They also tend to act on impulses instead of rationality. People with huge foreheads have highly developed prefrontal cortexes.

The most typical psychological term for functions carried out by the prefrontal cortex area is executive function.
