This is really a non-issue.
Iberians have a west-med, western European appearance whereas Greeks have more Eastern and Balkan looks. There could be some overlap in certain cases but it's not that frequent at all.
They are both mediterranean people with darker colorsand smaller built (in general) than the Northern people
. Even if their facial characteristics are different, they are are still less angular
than the other Europeans and so yes, sometimes you can confuse them but that means nothing
in matter of genes.
