I already posted in this thread but I basically do a modified (in some ways it is more extreme) version of Brad Pitt's workout for fight club and eat like a male model and who would have thought that doing the same or similar exercise regimen as a movie star and eating cleanly would give you a similar type of body ? *shock* *gasp* *no way dude !* but right now I weigh just about the same weight as Brad Pitt in fight club and were are pretty much the same height too.
