    I already posted in this thread but I basically do a modified (in some ways it is more extreme) version of Brad Pitt's workout for fight club and eat like a male model and who would have thought that doing the same or similar exercise regimen as a movie star and eating cleanly would give you a similar type of body ? *shock* *gasp* *no way dude !* but right now I weigh just about the same weight as Brad Pitt in fight club and were are pretty much the same height too.

    Been a month without going to the gym. Been doing calisthenics and lifting heavy rocks outdoors and doing great. Lost some body fat and keep most muscle. I'm at 80 kg atm with 12% bf. I don't plan on getting much bigger so I don't think i'll be going to the gym anytime soon again

    You can get really fit just doing a pulling motion, a pushing motion and running/jogging. For instance, pull ups , pushups and jogging but if you throw in some dips and chinups too for really good measure that is even better. I've done it before. With that if your diet is correct you can get below 10% body fat for beach season.

    2-3 time karate trainings/week and 1-2 time jiujitsu trainings/week (max. 4 times). Plus some outdoor activities to get fresh air like joggings, mountain bike cyclings, cross country skiings in the forests. I rarely go to gym.
