More off-topic, but the little suburb just south of Mouille Point and north of Signal Hill in Cape Town looks absolutely beautiful and just perfect for access to the centre.

It will be a very orderly and pleasant place to live, except for those houses whose entrances face south or west.

Check google maps, and you'll see that those houses have less prosperous households. This effect is best observed when comparing two terraces which face each other going north-south. Those that face east will have better curtains, gardens, cars...
