However I can tell you about Turkic Judaism. There are two groups called Crimean Karaites and Krymchaks, both are Turkic groups speaking Turkic language living in predominantly Europe and they're adherents of Judaism. They have always been interesting subject to me as I consider them to be last remnants of Khazars, a Turkic group who established Khazar Empire whom later adopted Judaism as state religion combined with Tengriism. However Krymchak and Karaim languages belong to Kipchak branch while original Khazar language belonged Oghur branch (grouped with Bulgar, Chuvash, Hunnic and Avar languages), they probably have switched to this branch when they were under Crimean Khanate rule, but kept the religion of their Khazar predecessors. Arthur Koestler writes in his book The Thirteenth Tribe that the Ashkenazi are descended from Khazars instead of Israelites but that's very disputed and questionable subject which I'm not expert about.
The Crimean Karaites (Qaraylar, Karaylar) also have thier own set of Jewish beliefs, called Karaite Judaism.
