I usually do spot gay men especially, by the way they move, look, are groomed, which probably sounds quite shallow but I`m often right. It`s a whole collective body language thing.
Gay women, that`s harder. In the space of a couple of years I was hit on by women four times. None of them were women I suspected of being gay. I wasn`t happy about it....

Me too. Plus, they DID all look gay to me. Gays come in all shapes and sizes, and most are not the fruity, flamboyant type nor are they the well groomed, metrosexual type. I think that most people would never spot a "gay bear" walking down the street. Those guys are definitely not effeminate in any way.

I know a British `bear` Sadly, we don`t get along...mainly because he is HIV positive yet has a webpage that bears seem to have, where they post pics of themselves and ask for either friendship or sex. He asked for both. His page also listed the practices he was into. I discovered more about gay sex from that page alone than I ever wanted to....
Given that he is infected and given some of those practices, and that he admitted he didn`t always tell his sexual partners he was HIV positive, we argued rather vehemently when I called him a murderer.
