Closely spaced eyes and inverted eyebrows - where do they occur/come from?

I notice them in many southern Italians, some Greeks, some Balkanites, and some Armenians.

Are they a Neolithic trait?

Jews originally traced back to Mesopotamia so it could again demonstrate that the look comes from Anatolia-Mesopotamia-Caucasus region.
